We supply a full range of liners to allow for the storage of Potable (Drinking) Water, Waste Water and a range of other liquids including acids and alkalis.

Our liners are expertly manufactured to Australian Standards (AS4020; Drinking Water) in Western Australia by Steelfab Water Solutions who utilise two main material types.

0.55 Potable Aquatex PVC Liner

Used for most applications including for potable (drinking) water.  It is 0.55 mm thick and is made of PVC specifically designed for Australian Conditions.  It has a much harder texture than any other PVC on the market and whilst it will stretch, it is not prone to shrinking as many other liners on the market are suseptable to doing.  It is also much harder to puncture and yet when required in very rare occasions it still retains the ability to be repaired under water with a simple patch.

This liner is extremely adaptable is even able to be used in applications where an open tank exposed to the weather including harsh sunlight is required.

0.8 Duplex PVC Liner

This liner is primarliy used in industrial applications where a tougher and an even more robust solution is required.  It is a laminated product so is very strong to cope with harsh conditions including having to hold various materials including even acids and alkalis.

Why PVC?

PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) is 1.8 times the strength of other HDPE/LDPE liners available  elsewhere in the market.

Our PVC liners however are still very flexible with a 250% stretch capability and will conform to any shape or contour.  This means no folds or creases to catch on equipment.

PVC will also take higher and lower temperatures than other HDPE/LDPE liners.

PVC is permanently repairable wet or dry without special tools or training.

It is for these reasons in our opinion that make our liners superior to others commonly available elsewhere on the market. Being superior and warranty backed quality gives you complete piece of mind as it secures your water better than any other liner can.
